Drop-in Power Yoga
Take your yoga practice to a new level with this vigorous mix of poses.  You are guaranteed to jump start your metabolism while increasing your strength and flexibility, plus all the added benefits of a traditional yoga class.

Edible and Poisonous Plants Workshop
Shop and eat the wild way! Nature provides a bounty of edible plants that you can prepare and eat, but it also has some to avoid. Join us to learn which plants are fit for a menu and which ones to stay away from.

Summer Walk Concert Series
Join us and RidgeGate for an evening of great tunes, food, and activities. Reggae band, Rastasaurus, will perform. This is the final concert of our Prairie Sky Summer Walk Concert series.
