Aqua Exercise

Aqua Zumba
Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio conditioning, body toning, and exhilarating beyond belief.

Gentle Aqua
Increase your range of motion and improve your tone and strength for daily activities. This class is well suited for those with arthritis and other conditions that may require more gentle movements in the water.

Aqua Barre
In this version, the water is your barre! Strengthen your core and lower back and build long, lean muscles in your arms and legs by using traditional ballet steps and moves. A combination of aerobic, toning and stretching maneuvers will give you a great barre-style workout in the water.

Holiday Ice Shows
Celebrate the season with these shows featuring members of our Learn to Skate programs and skaters from the Competitive Figure Skating program. 
Who: All ages

Ballroom Dance Night

Skate with Santa
Stop on by during our public skate sessions for a chance to skate with the big man himself. Santa and a few of his helpers will be taking a break from the workshop to relax and enjoy some time on the ice at both of our arenas

Cooley Nature Walk
Dabbling, diving, and tipping, oh my! Join us to learn how to identify common and not so common waterfowl visiting this winter. We’ll start with a lesson inside the classroom, and then head out into the Park to find and identify waterfowl based on behavior, sound, color, and shape.

Geminids Meteor Shower Party
Join us outside as hundreds of meteors streak across the night sky. If you need to warm up, we'll also be streaming NASA's live feed inside next to our cozy fireplace sitting area. Snacks and hot chocolate are included, and we welcome and encourage cameras and tripods.
