HoopCore Fitness
Using a safely weighted flexible hoop, you'll work deep into your core muscles. Haven't hula-hooped in a while? The hoop is made of six segments that provide a slight flex when spinning, hugging the body and making it easier to stay up.

Cardio Muscle
Get a full body workout by alternating intervals of choreographed cardio with strength training using a variety of equipment.

Bald Eagle Watching

Yin Yoga
