Monday, Jan 25

Reformer Basics Orientation
Learn the basics using the Reformer apparatus for pilates. This 75-minute orientation will prepare you to participate in our four-week small group Reformer classes and/or private personal or small group Reformer training.

Clay Creations
It's never too early to learn how to make masterpieces with clay. This nine-session introductory class covers pinch, coil, and slab techniques, and includes firing and glazing. All materials are included.

Heel your feet
Could your feet use some TLC? Registered nurse and certified reflexologist, Kirsten Antony, offers foot care/medical pedicure, reflexology, and relaxation retreats.  Foot care includes toenail trimming, filing, and massage.  Reflexology includes a 20-minute stress release with holistic touch, and a relaxation retreat includes aromatherapy foot bath and Healing Touch technique of Mind Clearing (light touch to the head and neck).

BODYPUMP®
