Commit to Get Fit
Burn calories and test your limits through a combination of cardio and strength training in this small group training led by a certified personal trainer. Pre and post assessments are included.

Boom Soccer Buddies
Boom soccer uses a series of non-competitive, fun-filled games designed to flourish motor skills while incorporating the fundamentals of soccer. In these four classes, we help develop each child's listening, balancing, running agility, jumping, kicking and more.

Women's Self Defense and Conditioning Classes
Incorporate fitness conditioning while learning Shotokan Karate techniques for self-defense. Become more aware, alert and confident in the event of a threatening situation. Learn valuable advice and safety tips from certified Shotokan Karate Instructor and 4th-degree black belt, Irene Bowden.

Boxing Fitness
Boxing Fitness will not only teach you the proper boxing techniques, you will also receive a great workout which will increase your cardio condition and muscle tone. The Boxing workout consists of shadow boxing, focus mitt drills, as well as strength and conditioning techniques that will increase hand speed and hand-eye coordination.

Barre Sculpt
An intense total body workout focused on developing long, lean muscles. Incorporates standing exercises at the ballet barre, weights, and mat work.

Kendo
Kendo meaning "the way" (DO) of the "sword" (KEN). Kendo promotes hand-eye coordination, physical endurance, a vigorous spirit, courtesy, sincerity, honor, patience and manners through the use of the Katana (wood/bamboo sword).

When: Feb 7 - 28: 8 - 10 am
