Youth Landow Performance Speed and Agility Camps
Athletes improve speed, agility and explosiveness through elite-level, science-based training methods including use of special equipment. Sport-specific drills and variations and progressions are used depending on abilities for baseball/softball, soccer, football, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, field hockey, dry land training for hockey and swimming. 5 sessions.

This introductory Shotokan Karate class utilizes a traditional learning style for self defense while teaching both mental and physical development. Boom Sports presents motor and soccer skill development classes for you and your child with parent participation.
