Obstacle Course
Test your skills on this fun course featuring 30 obstacles and fitness challenges on a 1 mile loop throughout deKoevend Park and parts of the High Line Canal Trail. The race will not be timed; it's all about completion, not competition.  Runners will not be awarded points for the race series for this race.
Who: Runners of all ages and abilities (ages 5 & up)

Hikes for Active Adults
Enjoy a full day hike while exploring some of Colorado's most beautiful trails. All hikes range from 4-6 miles. Outdoor Recreation trips require good physical condition and the ability to walk with moderate to strenuous elevation gain.

Talk to the Camera: News Broadcasting

Community First Aid, CPR and AED Training
Learn the techniques used with adults, infants and children and how to respond to injuries and sudden illnesses preparing you to help in an emergency situation. Upon completion, receive certification in American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED for adults, children, and infants. Fee includes book and certification. 2 sessions.

Borrowed Time - Audition and Theater Production Class
In a present-day clock shop, friends discover an old clock and mistakenly turn it into a time machine, sending them back to 1963. Audition for this youth full-theater Fall production, Tues, Sept 26, 4 - 6:30 pm at the Buck Recreation Center Theater. This production, complete with set and costumes, will be presented to a ticketed public. 21 sessions.

Little Veterinary School ages 6 - 11 yrs
Little Veterinarian School encourages young children to explore the world of veterinarians. Using interactive demonstrations, crafts and games, kids learn how to take care of a pet and use instruments that veterinarians use in this six-week program. Each child will take home their stuffed furry friend used throughout the program and a diploma as a graduate of the Little Veterinarian School. 6 sessions.
