Active at Any Age Summer Catalog for ages 50 and up available at any South Suburban facility or ssprd.org.

Glow Ball
Play mini-golf in the dark with lighted golf balls and holes for an entertaining summer night. The main lights will be turned off, the course will be lit with LED flag poles and LED course markers, and multiple colors of LED balls will be available for your round!  
Who: All ages
When:  8 – 10 pm (Thu, Jul 5, 12, 19, 26), Last Game sold at 9:45 pm.
Where: Colorado Journey Mini-golf
Price: $1 per person (+ regular mini golf admission)
$1 for Glow Necklace, Bracelet, or glasses - $5 for LED *Golf Ball

Ballroom Dancing
Dance the night away with us at the Buck or Lone Tree Ballroom. Swing, Waltz, Rumba, Cha Cha, Tango and the Foxtrot to the LIVE rhythms of The Mile High Big Band. Singles always welcome!  Free 30 minute dance lesson

Advanced Junior Golf Playing Camp
Carry your own set of clubs and play 9 holes. Golf instruction and on course play each day, plus 30-minute lunch. Full swing with a take home video analysis included and short game with a 4:1 student to teacher ratio. Automatically invited to play in the Junior Fall Playing League starting Sunday, Sept 10.  Early registration is encouraged.

Pickleball N Splash Champs
This first time Pickleball Camp for youth includes fun drills and games to teach the basic sport of fundamentals such as hitting, serving, strategy and teamwork. After the sports component, the second half of the camp will take place at Cornerstone Park splash pad. Entire camp takes place outside.

STAR Adaptive Biking and Water Skiing
Challenge yourself with biking or water skiing at Sloan's Lake.  Socialize and enjoy lunch with your friends.  Wear sunscreen, bring a lunch and water bottle.

Level 1 Beginning Ice Skating
Skills will include fall down/get up, marching, two foot glide, dips, one foot snowplow, back skating, forward swizzles, hops, back swizzles, back two foot glide. Come 30 minutes early to get a proper fitted skate. Bring warm clothes, gloves and we recommend a proper fitting helmet.

Firecracker Finale Pickleball Tournament
South Suburban’s inaugural Pickleball doubles tournaments for men’s, women’s and mixed matches. Two match guarantee with teams providing their own line judges. Schedules will be posted https://www.teamsideline.com/sites/sspr/schedules by 5 pm Thu, July 12.
Who: Men’s, women’s and mixed matches for 2.0 – 5.0 levels.

Free Urban Coyotes Hike
Declining numbers of coyotes in the metro area have led to an increase in rodent populations. Learn tips for living peaceably with this wily carnivore. Hike are led by professional naturalists Beth Hanson and Peggy Wait.

Free RidgeGate Summer Beats Concert

TRYathlon – Adults and Youth
Swim, bike, run.  Make it fun for completion rather than competition (no races are timed).  Age divisions are flexible. Choose your race based on your age or your desired race distance. You must swim unassisted in the deep end.  Everyone receives a medal when they cross the finish line.

FREE Full Moon Hike
