Lots of new activities and programs for the whole family to experience in January 2019.

Wristbands required for all swimmers under age 5
To ensure improved safety for children visiting our pools:  
 • Age 5 and under swimmers:  Must wear required facility provided wristbands and be accompanied by a guardian (age 16+) in the water (in a swimsuit) at all times within an arm’s reach. 
• Ages 6 to 9 years:  Recommended to be actively observed by a guardian (age 16+) unless they are a “non-swimmer” in which they need to be accompanied by a guardian in the water at all times.

FREE SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit Orientation

Reducing Stress with Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation

Reverse Indoor TRYathlon - Sprint, Spin, Swim!
This is the perfect starting point to try a triathlon.  It is about completion, not competition. The only prerequisite is that you must be able to swim unassisted in deep water.

Get your workout done before you settle in for the big game!  Show your team spirit and wear your favorite team jersey or attire. The course is along the Mary Carter Greenway on the Platte River Trail.  Race starts at Reynolds Landing.
