Designed for Medicare participants with select health insurance plans. Check SilverSneakers eligibility at the front desk. Program includes facility amenities and drop-in group fitness classes to the recreation centers. Specialized fitness classes include: SilverSneakers Muscular Strength and Range of Movement, Cardio Circuit, Cardio Fit and YogaStretch. Orientation times are available for recreation center tours and assistance with choosing the right activities. Program offered at three recreation centers.
