Slow down and immerse yourself in nature in a new way through the Japanese practice of forest bathing. On this guided walk, participants will be offered a series of invitations to open up their senses and better connect with the natural world. Shinrin-yoku, as it is known in Japan, has been studied for decades and shown numerous health benefits including boosting the immune system, lowering stress levels and improving cognitive function, just to name a few. Reconnect with nature and yourself on this slower-paced mindful wander.
