South Suburban Celebrates National Senior Health Day

 

Fresh air, fitness and fun, what better way to celebrate your health? National Senior Health and Fitness Day is Wednesday, May 28 and South Suburban will celebrate at Cornerstone Park, southeast corner of Belleview and Windermere. This free event begins at 10 am with a fitness walk, and area seniors can also enjoy demonstrations, live entertainment by Cliff Spratt, shuffleboard, horseshoes and other games until noon. Activities will take place at the southeast park shelter that can be reached from Hickory Street. For more information and a schedule of activities call 303-794-9216.
