The South Suburban Sports Complex includes: 

• Fieldhouse with two synthetic turf fields
• Two gymnasiums with Pickleball courts
• Three sheets of ice
• District administrative offices
• Restaurant and full bar

This complex is not a traditional recreation center or gym. South Suburban owns and operates four full-service recreation centers, and two are within a 5 mile radius of the Sports Complex (Goodson & Lone Tree). This project replaced the 50-year old South Suburban Ice Arena and the South Suburban Administration Office.

The South Suburban Sports Complex is the perfect location to host your next league practice, business meeting or birthday party.

Fields/Courts Rental Parameters

• Online reservations are allowed 90 days in advance; first come, first served.
• All rentals require staff approval before secured.
• Users may request to adjust rentals 31 days in advance online.
• All balances are due 30 days in advance.
• Transaction receipt serves as your permit.
• Rental Hours: 5 am-11 pm; Business Hours: 8 am-9 pm (Monday – Sunday)
• No outside food permitted in the building

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• Only cancellations made by the lessee 11 or more days before the event will qualify for a full refund of rental fees (less $5 processing fee).
• Cancellations made by the lessee within 3-10 days of the event will qualify for a 50% refund of rentals fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 of rental date will not receive a refund or credit.
