Adult Classes & Offerings

Adult Tennis Programs - South Suburban offers programs for all levels of play. If you are brand new to the sport take a look at our Adult Quick Start programs and then advance through our NTRP rated class offerings. If you need a little cardio we have that as well. Visit our registration site for detailed information.

Junior Programs & Classes


  • Red ball (5-7 yrs) on a mini court
  • Orange ball (7-10 yrs) | Level 1 (BEG) & Level 2 (INT) on a short court
  • Green ball (11-14 yrs) | Level 1 (BEG), Level 2 (INT), Level 3 (ADV - green & yellow  ball) PRO APPROVAL ONLY VIA THE WAITLIST

JR QUICK START (12+ yrs) Designed for older juniors who have limited or no tennis experience. 


  • Pre-Academy: Intermediate - This is for youth players who are moving up quickly. Participation on ROGY orange and green ball first preferred. Focuses on strokes, skills, game strategies and tactics for advancing into tournaments and Jr/Sr High teams. Designed for progression into Academy.
  • AcademyAdvanced - This class is designed for competitive tournament players and JV/Varsity players with experience. Development of stroke, spin, speed, depth and direction for matchplay. Advancement into Academy requires Pre-Academy and authorization of Pros.

Block Time/PCT Information

Littleton Completion Timeline: As of February 2023 the estimated completion is slated for Fall 2023. Block Time will begin January 2024.

"PRIOR" Block Time/PCT Participants from Jan 2022

  • Who Qualifies to Apply? Priority status was given to the SPOC (single point of contact) for groups slated to begin in January of 2022. All SPOCs received an email regarding this process the week of Feb 20 with a back-up sent to any blocked emails via our Gmail account. All further updates were provided on this website.   
  • When To Apply: Priority link on website went live June 1 (9am) and closed June 15 (5pm). Submission of an application was not a guarantee of a slot. 
  • Timestamp: All applications were timestamped which was considered during the review process. After a 2-year hiatus and evaluation of community needs, minor adjustments were made to the schedule impacting overall times and availability. 
  • Review: Completed June 19 - 30. Confirmation of slot emailed on June 29 & 30. 
  • Payment: Emailed week of Sept 11 and due to no later than Oct 31.

"WAITLIST" Block Time  

  • Who is this for? This application is for "groups" interested in a potential weekly slot at the Littleton facility in January 2024. 
  • Submission: All applications come in with a time-stamp and a confirmation copy is sent to the applicant once submitted via email. Submission is not a guarantee of a spot. Residency will be a consideration during the process. 



South Suburban hosts both junior and adult tournaments. Tournaments have completed for 2023. Tournaments slated for 2024 will be available in January for registration at the Playtennis Registration Site.

USTA | CTA Leagues

The 2023 league is almost complete and we thank all captains that used our facilities for their home base. 

2024 USTA Leagues - Applications for 2024 will once again happen in 2-phases. In early January we will have a 2-week priority renewal period for all current teams that play out of South Suburban. Immediately after that timeframe we will open a waitlist application for any remaining spots. You can look for exact dates and deadlines on this website in Dec 2023.

In-House Leagues

Coming January 2024. We will offer women's 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.0/4.5 and men's 4.0/4.5 NTRP league divisions. Teams previously scheduled for the session that was cancelled due to the collapse of the Bubble will be contacted first for participation. Any open slots will be filled off of the waitlist application that will be on this website later this Fall. Please continue to check back for details.
