South Suburban and Highlands Ranch Metro District partnered to build the Southpark Pickleball Complex on the corner of South Broadway and East County Line Road. The facility features 19 lighted outdoor courts, two shade structures with picnic tables, parking lots, and restrooms.

The courts are available for drop-in play only until March 1, 2026. Court rentals will open on March 1, 2026, and programming will start in May 2026.

Features of the Southpark Pickleball Complex include:

• 19 outdoor courts with permanent nets
• Push-button operated lighting available year-round from sunset until 10 pm
• Two shade structures with picnic tables
• Restrooms available year-round
• Electrical outlets on each court

The west courts (courts #3-10) can be reserved through South Suburban. Reservations for the east courts (courts #13-19) can be reserved through Highlands Ranch Metro District.

• Rental cost: $12/hr
• 2-hour limit on court reservations
• Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance
• Courts will be locked if snow/ice is on the courts - no snow removal is allowed

• District wide pickleball information is available on the pickleball website, ssprd.org/pickleball. 
• Morning and evening in-house leagues.
• Indoor drop-in play opportunities at SSIA Pickleball, the Sports Complex and recreation centers.
• District classes throughout the week, including boot camps and clinics.
• All pickleball court rentals.
