  • Each package allows 16 actively playing (children or adults) and 23 total guests (participants and parents of participants included) for the room capacity.

The Turf Package -  $149 Resident/$169 Nonresident

  • 1 hour on 1/2 turf field
  • 2 hours in a party room
  • Sports equipment (football and soccer) will be provided upon request

The Court Package -  $129 Resident/$149 Nonresident

  • 1 hour on 1/2 court
  • 2 hours in a party room
  • Sports equipment (basketball, pickleball, volleyball) will be provided upon request

    • Increase your space from one party room to two!
    • Increases to 32 actively playing and 46 total guests (participants and parents of participants included) for the room capacity.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 1. South Suburban Parks and Recreation reserves the right to cancel this agreement and withdraw the permission hereby granted for just cause, or for failure to comply with any of the foregoing. In such cases, Lessee will, upon request, immediately remove all persons and equipment from the facility. 2. Only cancellations made by the lessee 11 or more business days of the event will qualify for a full refund of rental fees (less $5 processing fee). a. Cancellations made by the lessee with-in 4-10 business days of the event will qualify for a 50% refund of rental fees. b. Cancellations made less than three (3) business days of rental date will not receive a refund.

FAQ

Table cloth, napkins, plates, cups, utensils, and balloons are all provided. If you wish to bring your own/additional decorations, you may do so. Tablecloths and balloons are available in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, black, white, gold and silver.

Payment for the party package is due upon booking to avoid cancellation.

Payment for your food order is due on the day of your party. Your party host will collect payment for food 5 minutes prior to the end of your party.

You may only add pizza to your food order on the day of your party.

Yes, but any other outside food is not permitted. If your dessert requires a freezer, your party host can place it in the freezer upon your arrival.

You may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.
