South Suburban Park Shelter Reservation Requests

South Suburban parks are excellent locations for company and family picnics, reunions, wedding receptions and celebrations. Selected park shelters and picnic areas are available for reservation. Fees associated with reservations, depend upon District residency and group size. *To receive resident rates, you need a current South Suburban photo I.D.

Shelter reservations for 2012 will be accepted beginning January 3, at 8 am. Reservations may be made either online or at the South Suburban Administration Office, 6631 S. University Blvd., Centennial, CO 80121; Mon-Fri, 8 am – 5 pm.

Early reservations may be made prior to January 3, but are subject to a $100 non-refundable advance reservation fee in addition to the rental fee.

Important: You should receive confirmation of your request within the next 2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 business days of your request, please contact the Administration offices at 303-798-5131.

By making your request you are not necessarily guaranteed the reservation. Shelter reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Shelters may already be scheduled due to a District function or other unforeseen conflicts. Since payment must be made upon checkout to hold the requested reservation, a full refund will be offered in the event that the reservation request cannot be filled.

*Alcohol Permits: In order to obtain alcohol permits for South Suburban Park shelters, please contact the city where the park is located.
