South Suburban parks are excellent locations for company and family picnics, reunions, wedding receptions and celebrations. Selected park shelters and picnic areas are available for reservation. Fees associated with reservations depend upon District residency and group size.
You should receive confirmation of your request within the next 2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 business days of your payment, please contact the Administration offices at 303-798-5131.
By making a request you are not guaranteed the reservation slot. All shelter reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Shelters may already be scheduled due to a District function or other unforeseen conflict. Since payment must be made upon checkout to hold the requested reservation, a full refund will be offered in the event that the reservation request cannot be filled.
Reservations can also made in person at the South Suburban Administration Office, 6631 S. University Blvd., Centennial 80121 Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. If you have any questions regarding shelter reservations or you are planning to put up a canopy or tent, or have an inflatable or an amplification system; please call the Administrative offices at 303-798-5131.
New information for 2010
For South Suburban park shelters, with the exception of Lone Tree Tennis Pavilion, you must contact the city to obtain an alcohol permit to serve beverages with alcohol content higher than 3.2% by volume.

You are now able to reserve a shelter for 2011 for a non-refundable $100 fee in addition to the normal reservation cost. Contact the Administrative offices for information.
