South Suburban Closures Due To Stay-At-Home Public Health Order

All playgrounds, golf courses, driving ranges and related golf facilities, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts and picnic areas and shelters are closed.

Parks and trails remain open and compliance with social distancing of at least six feet is required.

Violation of the public health order is a class 1 misdemeanor and may be punishable by a fine of up to $5,000 and imprisonment.

South Suburban Parks and Recreation (SSPR) is constructing a new regional recreation complex at David A. Lorenz Regional Park (DALRP). Construction on the facility began on April 15, 2019.
