Monday, Sep 21

Morning Yoga
Start the week off relaxed and centered. For early birds, catch the dawn with our Sunrise Yoga at Buck. For the 9 am crowd, nurture your mind and body through static flow poses with Hatha Yoga at Lone Tree and Goodson.

Art on the Trail
Love art? Love taking a leisurely stroll in the fall? Walk a portion of the beautiful Mary Carter Greenway Trail near Hudson Gardens and find these sculptures: Under a Watchful Eye along with Hangin' Around, Waiting for a Kiss, and Moondance. Have fun.

Take-a-Shot
Get ready for the hockey season with our drop-in Take-a-Shot hockey skills session.  Practice your skating or shooting skills. Remember to bring your own puck and full hockey equipment. Swish!

Riverside Downs Dedication
Join South Suburban, City of Littleton and Arapahoe County at the dedication of the new trail access to the South Platte River near the Riverside Downs shopping center. The afternoon will include lots of fun events, food and games, and a unique ribbon cutting across the river - Wet suits anyone?

Canvas and Cookies

Wild Plant Walkabout
From nutritious food and drink to soothing salves and lotions, plants have always been helpful to humans.  Discover how common plants in the Park can be used and explore their eco-relationships.  You will make your own field observation journal, which you will use on the walk.
