How to Cancel Your Monthly Membership Online

Cancellations may be submitted at any time through your online account or in person at any of our recreation centers. After a cancellation request is submitted, passholders will continue to have access to facilities and amenities through the end of their current billing period.

To cancel your monthly membership online, follow the steps below.

Step 1

Sign into your account at www.register.ssprd.org.

Step 2

Click Manage Memberships on the right side of the screen.

Once inside Manage Memberships, you will see your monthly membership listed. Find the Actions column and click Terminate (in blue letters) next to the membership you wish to cancel.

You will be asked if you are sure you want to cancel two times. Click OK for both. (You will also be shown the date your membership it good through.)

Return to Member Management, you should see confirmation of your cancellation.

You will also receive a receipt as confirmation of your cancellation.
