Hudson Gardens Celebrates 30 Years with New Brand Launch

Feb 25 2026

Hudson Gardens & Event Center is celebrating 30 years as a free botanical destination by launching a new brand identity. The Gardens debuted its refreshed look on Feb. 25, reflecting its connection to nature and community while preserving its legacy.

The 2025 Hudson Gardens Vision Plan prioritized creating a clearly established brand identity. The Gardens partnered with Denver-based Rassman Design to guide the process, which included focus groups with staff and stakeholders to determine key brand attributes.

The result is a new logo and comprehensive brand package that captures the uniqueness of the beloved 30 acres of garden exhibits, trails, open spaces, and event venues. The positive and negative shapes of the new logo icon suggest the petals, leaves, stems, and trunks that thrive throughout the Gardens, and the colors parallel the transition of the seasons. The symbol is embedded into the wordmark as a reflection of Hudson Gardens’ integration into the heart of the surrounding community. Finally, the welcoming and approachable font and the intersection of the H and G letters represent the connection of the diverse community to celebrate nature, education, and life events.

“This new brand honors the Gardens’ history while positioning us for the future,” said Hudson Gardens Manager Tatianna Langjahr. “We’re excited to share a refreshed look that reflects who we are and the community we serve.”

Visitors will immediately notice a new website that caters to an easier and more accessible user experience. New signage will be updated this spring to help visitors navigate through the Gardens, while permanent signage updates will be incorporated into future capital improvement projects.
