Cook Creek Pool

The new and improved Cook Creek Pool facility reopened in June of 2009 and offers a variety of amenities and programs for District and Non-District residents. The outdoor pool season operates from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. 

Facility Features

Leisure Pool Features
4600 sq ft outdoor leisure pool, maintained at an average of 85 F temperature,  23 ft tower slide, zero depth entry, 3 1/2 foot basketball and play area, interactive water feature, maximum depth of 4 ft 

Lap Pool Features
8 lane x 25 yard outdoor lap pool, depth ranges from 12.6 ft to 4 ft, 1 meter diving board

Other Amenities
Concession stand offering drinks and food, 6 shade structures, deck chairs, 20 x 30ft group picnic pavilion, barbeque and table rental,  1/4 acre grass area, locker rooms, free lockers.

Learn to Swim

All swim lessons follow the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim Program. Participants are motivated with fun, engaging and challenging activities that teach swimming skills. All levels introduce new swimming and water safety skills that build upon previously acquired skills.  Click on the links below for more information.

South Suburban’s Summer Adventure Pass can be purchased and is valid at four outdoor pools and recreation centers, May 24 – Sept. 1. Purchase Apr 7-May 3 and get $50 in valuable recreation offerings.
*Household = 2 adults & 3 children under 21 living at home.

City of Lone Tree Residents will have free access to the pool during public swim on the following days: Dates Coming Soon....


1. What proof do I need to show for residency?
Bring your South Suburban Parks and Recreation card and proof of Lone Tree residency, such as a bill or drivers license listed with your current Lone Tree address.

2. How long is the entry free for?
All day on the scheduled free day for Lone Tree residents.

3. Can I bring a guest?
Yes, non Lone Tree residents will be required to pay the South Suburban Park and Recreation admission fee.
