Goodson Recreation Center

This state-of-the-art recreation center sits in a beautiful park setting adjacent to the Highline Canal trail and deKoevend Park thus providing its patrons with indoor and outdoor activities. Within the 83,000 square foot building there is a large gymnasium, art rooms, an indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, a gymnastics center and many more amenities for its patrons to enjoy. Outside and inside the building enjoy the beauty of several public art pieces placed by the District's Public Art Committee.

Rules & Regulations

The following pool regulations are for the safety of all our patrons in the pool area.
1. Children ages 6 and younger are not permitted in the Hot Tub.
2. Children ages 7-12 must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tubs at all times.
3. Children ages 7-12 must have an adult in the pool area.
4. Children 6 and younger must have an adult in the water with them unless they pass a swim test.





5. Children under 6, and individuals requiring the flotation devices, must be within arms' reach of a responsible party, 14 years or older.
6. Stamps and or wristbands will be provided for non-participating parents supervising children over the age of 6 not requiring a flotation device.
7. Swim diapers are required for those not potty trained.

Gymnastics

GYMNASTICS DROP-IN:
Gymnastics programs offered unstructured drop-in gymnastics time whether your child is interested in gaining extra practice time, trying gymnastics for the first time or just burning off extra energy this is s a great option. Admission Fees

Drop-in daily admission and passes include pool, gym, weight room, drop-in pickleball, track, indoor cycling and drop-in fitness classes. Does not include specialty classes, i.e. pilates, yoga, martial arts, weight training or swim lessons.
Valid South Suburban ID card required for Resident Rates as applicable. ID Card Fee: $5 ($4 Resident) ID cards are valid for 2 years.
