Happy Hour Fitness
Attend 5 fitness classes during our Happy Hours and you'll be entered to win a fitness prize, from a 30-minute massage to a Fitbit® Zip!

Parent-Tot Handprint Workshop
Design a one of a kind hand or footprint with your baby or toddler in clay.  All pieces will be fired and glazed to have a keepsake memory of your child.

Cycle Express
Even though we've shortened the class, don't think it won't be as heart-racing of a workout. This exhilarating workout on a stationary bike can benefit all fitness levels.

Beekeeping Basics
Curious about beekeeping? Or want to start a beehive next year? This class is where you will learn all the basics to start your own colony, like which honey bees are right, time and financial commitment, local laws and much more. Hatha Yoga

Yin Yoga
