Calling all green thumbs! Do you want to learn more about how to properly prune and nurture your roses? South Suburban is seeking gardeners of all experience levels to join us for the annual Rose Pruning Workshop. The free workshop will be held at the War Memorial Rose Garden at 5804 S. The event is free, but participants must RSVP here. Please bring a sharp pair of bypass pruning shears and leather gloves for this hands-on training event. Kneepads are also recommended. Light refreshments will be served, and participants will be entered into a drawing for raffle prizes!
