South Platte Renew’s Annual Earth Day River Clean-Up
Join South Platte Renew for their annual river clean-up event. From April 10-22, community members will work together to remove debris along the South Platte River. Learn more and register here.

People of the Platte Earth Day Trail Cleanup
Help prepare your favorite outdoor spaces for the busy summer season! Volunteer at Reynold's Landing, Carson Nature Center or Denver Audubon Nature Center to plant shrubs, remove invasive plants, clean up trash, mitigate wildfire brush and more on April 15 from 9 am-12 pm. South Platte Park Cleanup
Join Wild Keepers Heather and Jake to clean up and care for South Platte Park in partnership with Christy Sports on Saturday, April 15 from 10-12 am. Bags and gloves will be provided. No ticket needed, simply sign up and show up! 

Arbor Day Tree Planting at Lone Tree Elementary School
South Suburban horticulture and forestry crews will be planting trees at Lone Tree Elementary School to celebrate Arbor Day on April 28.

War Memorial Rose Garden Pruning Workshop
Gardeners of all experience levels are invited to the annual Rose Pruning Workshop at the War Memorial Rose Garden on Saturday, April 29 from 8 am-12 pm. The event is free, but registration is required. Sign up to volunteer here

Free Chipping & Mulch Event
Need to get rid of large tree limbs? Residents are invited to bring materials for chipping on May 6 from 8 am-12 pm at Willow Spring Service Center (7100 S. Holly St.) and the Centennial Public Works Facility (7272 S. Eagle St.). Bring a tarp and shovel to take home free mulch! Learn more here
