Applications for the 2026 Matching Gifts Program are now open through May 31. Each year, this 1:1 matching fund program enables individuals, neighborhoods, homeowner associations, sports groups, businesses, and other organizations to implement projects that enhance shared spaces throughout the District.

Applications for 2026 are due by 5 pm on May 31. Submissions will be reviewed within two weeks of receipt and then forwarded to the next scheduled Board meeting for approval. Approvals are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to funding availability.
