Youth & Adult TRYathlons

Swim, bike, run for fun! This is the perfect starting point to try a tri. These races are about completion, not competition. All athletic levels are welcome. The only prerequisite is that you must be able to swim unassisted in deep water.

A mountain bike or hybrid type of bike is highly recommended for 10-12, Elite & Adult division bike portions.

Getting ready for your triathlon

Want your child to have a little more training before signing up for a tri?  Join us for triathlon camp the week prior to work on all 3 events, plus transitions and endurance.  Two camp options are available: June 20-24 Goodson/deKoevend Park Camp or July 25-29  Cook Creek Camp.
