John Gravina (Buck, Goodson, Lone Tree)

Before becoming a Personal Trainer, John was a small business owner. John has training experience in weight loss, sports performance, balance and stability, core strength development and reactive training. "Fitness is my passion and I want to make your training programs challenging, attainable and enjoyable."

Martino Martinez

Martino Martinez (Buck, Goodson, Lone Tree)

Martino has always been an athlete in various sports including football and baseball, and more recently, boxing. His passion for fitness started after completing p90x, and he eventually decided to take on fitness as a career to help other people accomplish their fitness goals. Martino believes that fitness should not be a chore, but more of an exciting challenge to look forward to throughout the week.

Denise Olson

Denise Olson (Lone Tree)

Denise has been involved in the fitness industry since 1987, starting out in group fitness and then expanding into personal training when the Lone Tree Recreation center opened its doors in 2004. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and finds nothing more gratifying than seeing someone improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being through exercise. Denise enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Shelly O'Neal

Shelly O'Neal (Lone Tree)

Shelly has been in the fitness industry since 2008 after spending time in Aqua Aerobics classes to rehab after a knee replacement. Encouraged by her classmates to begin teaching the class, she felt motivated to go beyond Aqua and branch out into the personal fitness arena. Shelly enjoys working with rehab patients and has specialty certifications in Silver Sneakers, Older Adult Fitness and most recently in Breast Cancer Wellness.

Sharise Plescia

Sharise Plescia (Lone Tree)

Sharise has been working in the fitness field since 1990. Along with being a certified Personal Trainer, she also teaches in several areas of group fitness (see certifications below) and holds a degree in Physical Therapy with experience working in wound care, school districts, long-term care, outpatient sports rehabilitation and home health. According to Sharise, “My specialty is anyone who has a passion to feel better and live longer. Keep the body moving, the mind sharp and your spirit strong!”

Donna Studeman

Donna Studeman (Lone Tree)

After 15 years in Corporate America, Donna decided to use her active lifestyle and abilities to help the growing population who simply feel they do not have enough time to get in shape. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities. She has guided clients through marathons and triathlons and seen numerous successes in her clients’ fitness goals.  Donna spends most of her free time training for and competing in running races. Most recently she completed the marathon in Jungfrau, Switzerland. She also spends time cycling, cross-training, reading and journaling. Her philosophy is "to train you to train yourself. I have a pragmatic approach in that I set achievable goals and help clients find ways to incorporate better health in their already busy lives by customizing each session."

Coco Upton

Coco Upton (Goodson, Lone Tree)

Coco has always had a passion for fitness. She became a Personal Trainer driven by the desire to help people achieve the level of fitness they’ve always wanted. As Coco decided to regain ownership of her own health after the birth of her second child, she saw how the benefits, both physical and psychological, extended to her circle of family and friends. She also began finding everyday ways to keep kids moving and active, especially as physical education options diminish at schools. This and her relationship with her grandmother were key factors in designing age-appropriate activities for youth and seniors. "Seeing results with family and friends led me to pursue a certification in Personal Training."

Nicole Wolfe (Lone Tree)

Nicole started as an athlete in gymnastics and from there she competed in swimming, volleyball, basketball and soccer. This variety of sports only fueled her love for health and fitness. She has been training for over 10 years with all age groups and abilities. She specializes in Fitness Nutrition, Youth Athletics, and Special Populations i.e. people with diabetes, heart disease and chronic diseases. Her passion is shown in everything that she does helping people and is evident in the things she has achieved in all aspects of health and fitness.
