2026 USTA LEAGUES APPLICATION TIMELINE
New Teams
- A new team has either never played out of South Suburban for the specific league they are requesting.
- A new team can also be a prior captain from one league wanting to now do another team with us (had an 18+ in 2024 as a priority team but now would like to also do a 40+). The 40+ team is considered a new team.
- A separate form must be submitted for each league.
- We do not guarantee a spot with submission of an application and do our best to respond in a timely fashion.

Returning Teams
- Jan 5 | 9am: Priority team link opens.
- Jan 16 | 5pm: Priority team link will close.
- Jan 5-26: Review and placement of priority applicants.
- Jan 16 | 9am: New team link opens.
- Timestamps on applications will be utilized. If we are unable to host 4 teams at a location that we could use in the prior year, hence must reduce to 2 teams, timestamps will be used for prioritization. Teams previously at that location with the later timestamps will be offered an alternate location and advised of the situation.
- Payment links will be sent to approved team captains with the due date specified in the email.
Priority Team Criteria
- Played with South Suburban in 2025 (same team captain) for the league they are requesting AND at the same facility.
- An alternate location can be requested but default priority will be the 2025 location if we are unable to make a move.
- Priority in one league does not give priority in all leagues. If only 18+ was played with us, and now they would like to do 40+, that must be submitted as a "new team" application.
- If your team moved up/down in NTRP level you are still considered priority, but in the "B" category. NTRP teams teams remaining on the same night of play will retain spots first, then we will move to "B" priority teams for placement.
- Separate forms must be completed for each priority league.
- The priority timeframe is short due to high demand for team locations in Metro Denver.

League Site Locations
We do not offer all leagues at all locations, or max out possible slots at certain times of the day in order to accommodate programming needs. The application will allow you to choose 3 locations by priority.
- deKoevend Park (6 courts with lights)
- Harlow Park (4 courts, no lights)
- Holly Tennis Center (6 courts with lights)
- Gallup Park (4 courts, no lights)
- Littleton Golf & Tennis (indoors, 6 courts) - no outside food, orders placed with Grill for league nights.
- Lone Tree Tennis Center (6 courts, 4 with lights)
- 2-court locations are utilized for extra lines if deemed necessary.
